All orders will be sent via Express Post (Australia Post) unless otherwise requested.
Australia Post satchels are NOT insurable. Damage, loss or theft incurred as a result of using this delivery option is at the purchasers risk.
If you prefer a fully insured postal service such as Australia Post Registered, it is your responsibility to request this at the time of ordering and the delivery must be signed for on pick up. Australia Post Registered automatically includes $100 insurance cover.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day if the items are in stock. Standard delivery time is between 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
It is the customers responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address.
We will endeavour to make every effort to ensure that your purchase is delivered on time and in good condition, however we do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or delay arising from delivery of goods .
If an item purchased on the website is not available, you will be enitled to a full refund within 7 days.
If an item recieved is incorrect, returns are valid only if the part is returned in its original condition and unopened within 7 days of purchase. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to GAS by E-mail, Fax or Phone, within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery, to enable us to rectify the problem.
Electrical items cannot be returned if they have been fitted.
